All appointments are to be booked using our booking site or by calling us at 0280848355 during opening hours Monday to Saturday.
Once you have booked your appointment, you will receive a confirmation text/email 1 week before, and a reminder text /email 24 hours before your appointment. This way, you can reminded of your schedule with us and avoid missing your appointment.
Clients can use the waitlist option on our booking site to be alerted upon openings/cancellations. It is at the bottom of the calendar on our booking site.

Our location is conveniently close to St Peters train station, only a 4-minute walk away. You can see the map with the travel distance here. Street parking spaces are limited, so we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your session to secure a spot.

Being green is key in this current world and it means a great deal to us. As a salon, there can be a huge amount of waste but we strive to reduce that to an absolute minimum.
We currently and will always continue to recycle plastics, papers, cardboard, and metals but are now working on giving you more of a choice about where your hair goes! We have decided to let you, the client, choose where you would like to donate your hair. -
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we invite you to do it 48h prior to your appointment. Under 48h hours, a fee of 30% of the appointment you are booked for will be required if you wish to rebook or reschedule.
Rescheduled appointment: Please be advised that rescheduled appointments would have a minimum of 8 weeks’ wait.

In the eventuality that you are a “no show” for your appointment, a fee of 100% of the appointment you are booked for will be required if you wish to rebook.
