All new clients will have to select the “New Client” service for their haircut. It will be at the discretion of the stylist to decide the service needed for the future haircut.

Blowdry/Styling is included in every service we provide. That is why you will not find any individual prices for styling.

THE EXTRA INFORMATION WE LIKE

Bond System, toners … you’ve all heard of them, you all want them, now here’s the why.

Bleach and Peroxide are a combination of products that will remove pigment, creating a raw state in colour and hydration and destabilising the Ph level of your hair, and that’s just to name a few.

It is why we need to do this correctly with minimal damage to the hair therefore we must respect the following :

Our bond system, ‘Fiberplex’, will help your hair to go through this bleaching process. Not only that, it will in its long-term use by us and maintained by you with the appropriate treatment rebuild your hair. This rebuilding of your bonds will allow you to keep bleaching your hair and help you to stay the person you want to be, the person you want to look like.

Now the toner is the most important part for you. It’s the toner that will make you like your colour because it is the pigment you are chasing. But do not be misled into thinking that the toner is everything. If we do not respect Time and Products ( quality bleach, developer and BondFusion), no toner will be able to make your hair look the way you want.

Now, ‘1.0.1 Chemistry for Dummies’ is telling us why a toner will be better than a purple shampoo. It’s simply where in your hair the pigment is going to lay, that is going make your colour either ‘vibrant and shiny’ or ‘dull and murky’…

It is the reason why we made the executive decision to never compromise with Time and Products for your hair, by including all care needed for your services in our price list.

We will be asking you to give us your undivided attention, to walk you through the process.

It will reduce hair stress, to look like a goddess! And to our fellow men, don’t worry you will also be God looking too.

Appointment policies :

• Secure your appointment with a card on file.

• We know that plans can change, so we ask that any cancellations/reschedule are made no less than 48h prior your booking time.

• Cancellation/rechedule made within this time will see an automatic charge of 30% of the appoitnment you are booked for.

• Failure to arrive for you appointment will see an automatic charge of 100% of the appointment you are booked for.

• The appointment will need to be confirmed a minimum of 24 hours before the service or it will be considered forfeit and fees will be applied.

• Arriving to your appointment with more than 15min after your scheduled time will forfeit your appointment and fees will be applied.
